In the world honey bees are considered as world's most important crop pollinator. Specially bees are important for the food crop pollination. When it comes to our food crops most of the food crops are pollinated by bees. Crops such as cucumber, melons, citrus, avocados, etc are pollinated with the help of bees. For the pollination of flowering crops it is important to have bees in the environment. Even though there are some  crops which are not having the direct benefit from bees those crops get indirect help from bees. Because bees helping to develop the biodiversity of the environment and through that those plants get the help from bees.

Bees considered as main part of the food chain. But with the climate change unfortunately the bee population of the world is declining. As I see bees suffering highly due to climate change.  Bees not get enough foods for the survival, unavailability of bee friendly flowers, pesticides, etc. Therefore, a gardener always have to consider this and have to plant bee friendly plants in the garden.
